Please make sure that you read it thoroughly as you'll have to accept these terms to submit an order successfully.
Before placing an order
You can create a user account by clicking on the Login / Register link on the top right corner. Only companies that hold a valid permit and license to trade with precious metals may create an account. Upon filling out the registration form, please note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to be filled out. In case of a business registered in Hungary, please add your PR number as well.
The registration is not completed automatically. After filling out the registration form our colleagues will manually check and approve your account. You will receive an e-mail notification once your account has been approved. In case you have not filled out the form properly or there is data missing we will also get in touch with you.
After having your account approved, you may log in and you will have access to our prices as well as be able to submit an order. Make sure that you have your shipping and billing address / data set correctly!
While placing an order
After having chosen the model of the piece you would like to order, you can choose of which material you would like to have it made as well. Currently we offer 8, 9 and 14 karat gold in various colors.
Kérjük válassza ki a pontos méretet! (Egyes termékeknél minimum mennyiség rendelése előfordul). Az alapanyag napi árfolyamával számolva az adott méretű ékszer irányára ára jelenik meg a kiválasztás után. A webáruházban feltüntetett súlyok becsültek, így attól a gyártás a gyártás folyamatából adódóan során eltérés lehetséges, ennek mértéke +/- 5%.

Please choose the amount you would like to order and put it in your cart. In case of a different size, repeat the process.
Amikor minden termék a kosarába került, a vásárlást a Cart gombra kattintva áttekintheti, választhat szállítási címet. A megrendelés gombra kattintva a vásárlást véglegesíti, a rendelést vásárlási kötelezettséggel jóváhagyja.
Once all the products you wish to buy have been added to your cart, you can review your purchase by clicking on the checkout button. Please, select a delivery address. In case you have any further necesarry information for the production, please write them in the comment box Click on the ORDER button to finalize the purchase, with this the order is approved with a purchase commitment. The automatically generated reply email is not considered as a finalized order.
A gyártás megkezdéséhez a rendelés végösszegének 50%-át szükséges befizetni,melyről előzetesen egy díjbekérőt fogunk küldeni. Ezzel garantáljuk, hogy a rendelés egésze a rendelés leadásának napján érvényes nemesfém árfolyamon készül a visszaigazolásban megadott áron. Amennyiben a díjbekérő utalása 3 napon belül nem történik meg, a rendelés érvénytelen. Amennyiben a díjbekérő szerinti utalás megtörtént és eláll a vásárlástól, az utalt összeg 20%-a nem kerül visszautalásra, számlát állítunk ki. Miután a megrendelt termékek elkészültek, felvesszük önnel a kapcsolatot a szállítás egyeztetéséhez.
Amennyiben a szállítást a cégünk kezdeményezi, a FedEx aktuális ára szerinti szállítási díjat számolunk fel a végszámlán, amit előzetesen egyeztetünk Önnel.
The parcel will be either dispatched after the final invoice has been paid or your parcel can be collected in person.
